Our team arranges the fabrication of a kit that can be mounted to existing bicycles according to our Terms of Service set forth herein:

1. Bike Type

The customer's bike needs to qualify for conversion. Candoo is designed to fit a wide range of bicycles, yet we depend on an english-threaded bottom bracket type and some general geometry specs. If your bike doesn't meet specs, we can assist to source one that does.

2. Designing your Candoo

We will work with you on scanning the exact dimensions of your bike and supply you with paper templates & instructions on how to mark them up & return them via mail. This will allow us to fabricate the Candoo to precisely fit your bike. While putting your Candoo together, we are going to be working with you on picking components and deciding on colors & options.

3. Payment

Upon kicking off the build, we ask to enter into a written agreement that states deliveries, timing, and costs. From there, a conversion deposit that covers the cost of labor and parts gets our fabricators to start working. Once your Candoo is ready, the remaining amount is due upon pick-up.

4. Installation

We recommend having us install the kit on your bike. For that installation by us, we require your bike at our shop for some time, extra cost may apply. Candoo can also be ordered as a kit alone and be installed by you, bicycle-savy rider.

5. Liability

Candoo is designed, engineered, and fabricated to the best of our knowledge and to your satisfaction - yet that's all we can do! Thus, from pick-up on, we waive all liability. The customer acknowledges sole responsibility for all damage and/or accidents with the bike and its rider(s) and possible others involved.

6. Delivery

At this time, we produce Candoo for local (OC) pick-up only and in small batches of 10, once enough preorders are in. Some wait may occur. We wish to offer shipping in the future.
